Viva Sales is a new seller experience application from Microsoft that combines any customer relationship management technology (CRM), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams to create a more simplified and AI-powered selling experience. The way we work has changed dramatically in the last two years. In today’s hybrid environment, employees want more from their employers, from the tools they use to the hours and locations where they work. For sellers, the hybrid work environment means spending more time connecting with clients and closing deals via video conferencing, chats, email, and documents.
