Do I have to do all four services?
No. Most clients start with one. The audit is the most common starting point because it ends with a roadmap — but if you already know exactly what you want built, go straight to automations. If your team just needs to level up, start with the workshop.
What if we’ve already tried AI and it didn’t stick?
That’s the single most common thing we hear. It’s almost never a tool problem. It’s usually a combination of three things: no policy (so people are afraid to use it with real work), no training (so outputs are bad), and no knowledge base (so the AI doesn’t know your business). We fix whichever of those is holding you back.
How do you decide which service I need?
The free 30-min call. We’ll ask about your team size, current AI usage, what’s eating hours, and what’s at stake. At the end of the call you’ll get a one-page plan telling you which service (or combination) makes sense — and what it’d cost. No pitch follow-up unless you ask for one.
Will my data be safe?
This is exactly the kind of question the AI Audit answers in detail for your specific stack. Short version: we use enterprise-tier AI providers with data-processing agreements, we never train on your data, and everything we build can run with your own API keys if you prefer. The policy we deliver spells out exactly what your team is allowed to put into which tools.
Are you locked-in vendors?
No. Every automation, policy, and knowledge system we build is documented and handed over. If you fire us tomorrow, everything keeps running. You own it — including any API keys, prompts, and integrations. We stay because clients want us to, not because they have to.
Do you only work with Miami businesses?
We’re based in Miami and offer in-person sessions locally, but most of our work is remote over Zoom. We have clients across the US, Latin America, and Europe.
What does this actually cost in total?
Each service is priced standalone — audit from $4,500, workshop from $950, knowledge system and automation scopes depend on complexity. We’ll give you firm numbers on the call. If you want all four, it’s usually in the $15–30K range over 2–3 months, and that’s usually paid back within 6 months through time savings alone.
